Pączki Day at Iverson's Bakery 2013

Today is Paczki Day.  A traditional treat, originally from Poland, has become an annual event in our house. We pre-order, I stand in line at 5:30 am, and Lee takes them to work.  Our local bakery, Iverson's, has been in business for over 50 years and is a throwback to the "good old days". We are not Polish, just decided to check them out one year and have been back every year since.  Delicious, fluffy, gooey, powdered sugary goodness!

Let's see.... what does Paczki Day have to do with "Florals, Family and Faith"?  Family....yeah, that's it!  I do this for Lee because I love him!  Oh...that, and for my Chocolate Cream filled Paczki that I take out of the box before sending it with him.  Yum!
