Alsip Nursery is ready for Mother's Day shoppers? This is my favorite local nursery. Took Mom today to let her pick out the flowers she wants planted in her yard. It's our gift for Mother's Day each year. Actually we do large planters for both of our Moms. Even though it was harder for her to understand exactly what we were doing she really enjoyed walking among all the flowers in the greenhouses.
The planters are finished, just in time for a rain storm tonight, and I know she'll enjoy the flowers all summer. Doesn't matter if she knows how they got there or who bought them.
