I really liked this floral arrangement, which is another design by Stacey Carlton, AIFC, CFC for Whole Foods Market South Loop as part of the 2013 Chicago Flower and Garden Show's - "The Art of Floral" exhibit .  The original design was inspired by the painting "The Flower Seller"by Diego Rivera.

It was a challenge to find just the right spot to focus in on the flowers amongst all the string swirling around.  Reminds me of life sometimes. Things may seem really crazy but you can find that moment of beauty and/or peace in the middle of it all.  I concentrated on that process this week and it really helped!
 
A great meditation teacher once said there should be no difference between meditating in a cave or in the center of a city, because peace is inside us and is not dependent on external circumstances. Ed and Deb Shapiro
